Miele has provided a time strip on the side of the filter that can help you know when it is time to change your filter. We recommend you change your filter yearly, or every 50 hrs of use. This is to ensure that the filter is still removing all of the fine dust particles and also allowing for adequate airflow from your vacuum motor.
