When you process an online transaction using the Fast Checkout option, our system stores your details that relate to your order (excluding credit card details) so we can assist you with any enquiries relating to your orders.

Shipping

  • Pick-ups are possible for specific models and with prior arrangements only. (No exceptions)
  • Item will shipped after payment has been received in full.

Delivery

  • Dispatch of goods is arranged through Dta.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is 2-3 days.
  • No weekend or after hours delivery available.
  • Dta is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
  • All Items Over $300 are Insured Automatically.
  • Replacements, or repairs of items are sent by prepaid postage.
  • If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
